Private sessions are for students who are seeking a transformation in their physical and mental health. Traditionally, students drawn to this technique have been those who’s professions require habitual pattern movements that often cause misalignment like dancers, musicians, actors, athletes, yoga instructors, swimmers, public speakers, golfers, desk workers and the elderly. The goal is different with each student but overall we seek to stop habits that diminish your life movement, strength and energy. Balwin uses hands-on, verbal instructions and visualizations to help you understand and practice the concepts. You will learn how to balance muscle groups, improve your posture and kinesthetic sense and make healthier choices. Standing, chair and table work is often the starting point with most students as many of our habits are found while walking, sitting and laying down.

*While some students may see results in 2-3 sessions, at least 10 sessions are recommended to truly help you understand the technique and dive deep into your body patterns.

Payment & Policies

  • The Introductory offer is only valid for new students on their first session.
  • Packages must be paid in full.
  • Cash, credit card and payment app transfer is accepted.
  • A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling.
  • If you miss an appointment or fail to give at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation, you will forfeit a session from your package.
